Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands is Nederlands van oorsprong. Wat in 1968 begon als de ruimtevaartafdeling van vliegtuigconcern Fokker, groeide uit tot een zelfstandig bedrijf gespecialiseerd in innovatieve ruimtevaarttechnologie.
